Our innovative sensing techniques like high-resolution and multi-dimensional radar imaging can provide stand-off urban structure mapping, occupant tracking, and life form identification.
Our research and development lab is equipped with a full line of test equipment including spectrum analyzers, signal generators, frequency synthesizers, and oscilloscopes. Additionally, the signal processing and algorithm development team utilizes a model based design approach and state-of-the-art rapid prototyping tools based on the latest generation DSP-FPGA cards, MATLAB/Simulink, and DSP software tools.
We understand that sensing and communication sensors operate in challenging environments where small target signals are often obscured by a background of interference, jammers, and clutter. Therefore, we utilize our unique Smart, Adaptive Sensors Modeling and Simulation (SAS - Model/Sim) tool to model and simulate complex environments and targets. We also collect real environment and target radar data to incorporate and evaluate in VAWDs SAS - Model/Sim tool.
